Returns Policy

Returns/Exchange Policy:

We ONLY exchange items for a different size. We do not refund shirt purchases.

===>>> You MUST contact us first and be issued a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER for all returns for exchanges or they will not be accepted.

You cannot simply send the item back without a return authorization number so please do not do that or you risk your item being lost.

===>>> Some of our shirts are custom printed shirts and they cannot be returned unless we send you the wrong shirt or the design image is printed in poor quality. The shirts that cannot be returned are noted on the item page.

===>>> Some Shirts can be returned for an exchange only (not a refund).

Any return for an exchange must be within 7 days of your receipt of your order.

Shipping charges are not refundable.

Please Email Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return for an exchange. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order if it is an item that can be returned.

Any return exchange eligible item must be not worn, must be unwashed and in brand new condition or we cannot take it back for an exchange.

If items are covered with hair (including dog hairs or cat hairs) or smell of smoke they cannot be returned.

PLEASE do not return items for an exchange that fail to meet this criteria.

If an item is returned that does not meet the above criteria you may be charged a $10 cleaning fee.
