Q: I tried ordering on your website and could not complete my order! What do I do now?
A: If you have any trouble with the website simply call us at 307-222-8476 and we will be happy to take your order over the phone. If all our agents are busy speaking to other customers and you get voice messaging just leave us your name and phone number (with area code) and we will call you back as soon as possible! You can also email us at email@example.com
Q: How long does it take to get my order?
A: We try our best to ship as fast as possible because we know you are anxious to get your items! We do say expect up to two weeks but try for faster. Some of our shirts are printed custom for you on demand and those always take about two weeks.
Q: Can I cancel or make changes to my order once it has been placed?
A: Once you agree to and complete your order we cannot make any changes to. We know you want your items as quickly as possible so once an order is placed we try to ship it as fast as possible. It is very important that you review all of your order details to make sure everything from the body style, size, and billing and shipping information is accurate before confirming your order. On rare occasion we may be able to adjust an order prior to it shipping so you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will try but odds are it will be too late.
Q: I don't have my order yet what should I do?
A: Please feel free to contact us at email@example.com with any questions you may have. We are always here to serve you! Please email your questions as it is easier for us to help you compared to a phone call. Also, make sure you include the name the order was under and your order number that you can find on the order confirmation email we send you.
Q: I don't see an order email from you?
A: It is not unusual for email providers like gmail, Yahoo, AOL and others to automatically put emails into what they call a spam folder or junk folder. Please search your email system for an email from firstname.lastname@example.org and you will probably find it in one of those folders.
Q: Can I purchase with Paypal?
A: Yes, we accept Paypal, Amazon pay and credit/debit cards. Once you click 'Buy it Now' and add your items to the shopping cart you will see the three options for payment. Just click on your preferred payment option and follow the prompts.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes we can do that for you on a case by case basis. If you are interested in ordering and live outside the United States please email us at email@example.com and let us know your shipping address and the items you want to order. We will respond back as soon as possible and let you know the shipping costs. Please Note! All sales outside of the USA are final. There are no returns or refunds.
Q: My shirt does not fit! How can I exchange it?
A: Some of our shirts can be returned for an exchange while some are custom printed on demand for you and those cannot be returned. Please review our Returns for Exchange policy. We don't accept returns for refunds. You must contact us in advance for a return authorization number before you send your item back for an exchange.
Q: What happens if my item or items are out of stock after I order?
A: We try our best to keep the inventory accurate on our website but sometimes events happen and we are unable to fulfill all or part of your order. We will then send you the items we do have and put your out of stock item on reserve for you so that as soon as our supply is replenished we will send it right out to you! Don't worry you WILL get your ordered item! We promise!
